1. Are your products suitable for indoor use?
Yes, all our products are designed for indoor use. Some models may also be suitable for outdoor use — this information is clearly indicated on each product page.
2. Are your lighting products delivered ready to install?
Most of our lighting fixtures are delivered with integrated LEDs and the necessary mounting hardware. Installation requires a wired electrical connection. We recommend using a qualified electrician. Installation instructions are included with each product. Some decorative accessories, such as lampshades, are sold without light sources or electrical components, as clearly stated on each product page.
3. What materials are used?
Our products are made from materials such as aluminium, hardened acrylic, metal, glass and fabric. The exact materials for each product are listed in the technical specifications on each product page.
4. How can I choose the right product for my space?
Dimensions, wattage, colour temperature and coverage area are detailed on each product page. We recommend measuring your available space and checking electrical compatibility (220–240V) before placing an order.
5. How should I care for my lighting products?
Regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient. We recommend switching the light off and allowing it to cool before cleaning. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaning products to preserve the finish.
6. Are light bulbs included?
Most of our lighting fixtures come with integrated LEDs — no separate bulb purchase is required. Some decorative accessories, such as lampshades, are sold without a light source. Each product page clearly states what is included.
7. Are your products compliant with safety standards?
Yes, all our lighting products comply with CE and RoHS standards. They meet the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU) and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU). Certificates of conformity are available upon request.
8. What is the delivery time?
Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours. Delivery to the UK generally takes 5 to 10 business days. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is shipped.
9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer an appropriate solution: replacement or refund.
10. Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return a product in accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
