Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@lighting-interiors.com, explaining the reason for your return.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. You will need to print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at a designated drop-off point or post office.
Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs during the 14-day statutory withdrawal period. There are no restocking fees.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Change of mind: You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Defective items: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. After inspection, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged items: If your lighting product arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Incorrect item received: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Item not received: If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process must be followed after delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Return request timeframe: within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. A confirmation email will be sent.
