TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products ("Products") on the website lighting-interiors.com, operated by Infinite YDK LLC under the trade name LIGHTING & INTERIORS ("the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders and purchases made on the Site. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will apply only to future orders. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
3. Order Acceptance
Orders are considered accepted only once a confirmation email has been sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or incomplete or incorrect order information.
The customer will be informed of any order rejection by email.
4. Delivery
Our delivery services are available within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
Order processing time before dispatch: 48 to 72 hours (Monday to Friday)
Transit time after dispatch: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to carrier strikes or extreme weather conditions.
5. Product Use
Products purchased on the Site must not be used or resold for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products, unless the Product is clearly stated as a "Final Sale" or otherwise exempt under applicable law. Returns must comply with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Refunds
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
Refund conditions: Refunds are approved if the Product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered Products are approved after inspection.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process an order. In such cases, the order amount may remain pending on your payment method until released by your payment provider, which may take up to 30 business days.
9. Liability
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or from misuse of the Products.
